Menopause Coaching

Her Evolution provides personalised menopause coaching to help women understand their changing bodies, manage symptoms, and regain confidence during this transition. Through education, lifestyle strategies, and emotional support, we help you move through menopause feeling informed, balanced, and empowered—rather than overwhelmed.

Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, events, and digital resources, I help women understand what is happening in their bodies, regain confidence, and make informed choices that work for them.

My approach is calm, science-informed, and deeply human. I bridge lived experience with evidence, without judgement, shame, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

MenoYoga®

MenoYoga® at Her Evolution has been designed for women who are moving through midlife and noticing that their bodies are changing.

Perhaps you feel a little less agile than you once did. Perhaps your joints are more sensitive, or you’re managing old injuries that never quite went away.

This is where we do things differently.

We focus on:

  • Gentle, effective movement to support joints and mobility

  • Strength that feels sustainable rather than depleting

  • Breathwork to regulate the nervous system and reduce overwhelm

  • Deep rest, which is often the missing piece

Everything is adaptable. Everything is optional. And everything is designed to meet you where you are.

Pause & Nourish Clubs

The Pause & Nourish Club has been created for women who are holding a lot.

Work, family, expectations, responsibility.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you.

This is your space to step out of the noise for a moment and come back to yourself.

Each session is designed to give you practical support alongside genuine space to breathe.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Group menopause coaching to help you navigate both work and life with more clarity

  • Open conversation in a calm, supportive environment where you don’t need to explain yourself

  • Simple nutrition guidance that feels achievable, not overwhelming

  • Guided meditation or MenoYoga to help your body soften and reset

Personal Training

You shouldn't be pushing your body to exhaustion, our personal training is about rebuilding strength, confidence, and vitality in a way that works with your hormones, not against them.

Our training supports muscle, metabolism, bone health, and mobility, helping you feel strong, capable, and in control of your body again. Sessions are fully personalised and designed around your goals, your body, and your stage of life.

Movement coaching is about helping you reconnect with your body in a kind, supportive way.

Designed for women in their 40s and beyond, it focuses on improving mobility, posture, balance, and everyday strength while supporting your changing body through perimenopause and menopause.

Sessions are personalised, and designed to help you move with more ease, confidence, and comfort in daily life.

Sound Healing

Sound baths are deeply relaxing, restorative experiences that help calm the nervous system and gently bring the body out of stress mode. For women in their 40s and beyond, they can be especially helpful in easing anxiety, improving sleep, reducing overwhelm, and supporting emotional balance during perimenopause and menopause. The soothing vibrations help your body relax, reset, and restore from the inside out.
